Titan 12, the Caribbean Big Boat For 2004

www.caribbeanracing.com will be the official news provider for the 2005 Caribbean Big Boat Series (CBBS). As the event unfolds we'll bring you the latest news from St Maarten's Heineken Regatta, the BVI Spring Regatta and Antigua Sailing Week - the big three that make up the CBBS.

Tom Hill’s Titan kept up the pressure in this year's series and managed some wins over each of the highly anticipated and blistering fast maxZ86 canting keel boats, Morning Glory and Pyewacket, to win the Caribbean Big Boat Series by just one point.

Morning Glory won the Antigua event and would have taken the series win had she not missed the BVI event. Pyewacket could have done better if she could have held the lead in just a couple more races.

The overall trophy in the racer cruiser class went to Starr Trail followed by Spirit of Minerva and Chippewa. Chippewa would have won had she not sailed in the racing class in St Maarten's Heineken Regatta.
