In a move typical of politicans worldwide, Peter Holmberg and Alinghi have neither confirmed nor denied whether Holmberg will be joining the afterguard of the Alinghi defence of the America's Cup.
"Sorry but I can't comment on the Alinghi question at the moment. An official announcement will be made when appropriate," said Peter while Alinghi's only comment was, "We are discussing with several potential helmsmen but haven't decided, or signed anything yet".
So, although it looks likely that something may be on the cards no-one is saying anything at the moment.
