Conditions were relatively cool with 15 knots of wind, 1 meter Atlantic wave height and a full moon when Club Nautique Le Neptune held its third annual No Stop 2003 on January 18 - 19. The race was open to monohulls up to 23 feet in length with the course that required the boats to sail around the island of Martinique. The No Stop 2003 race was sponsored by Credit Moderne Antilles and there were cash prizes of 150 Euros for the winner of each class and 610 Euros for a new course record. Winners this year were Richard Campmas in Vilela (Racing) and Gerard Corlay in GFA Caraibes (Cruising).
Fourteen boats started the race and eleven finished. The competitors included Régis Gullimot, who recently completed the Route du Rhum and crossed the No Stop 2003 finish line first with a time of 16 hr, 29 min 09 sec. Results:
