Club Nautico de Puerto Rico will host a CSA Measurer's Training Seminar on the weekend of February 1-2, 2003 at the Puerto del Rey Marina in Fajardo.
Acknowledging the need to train measurers in Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands, the CSA in conjunction with the Club Nautico will run a two day seminar on the CSA measurement system with the aim of training new measurers and refreshing established measurers in Puerto Rico, St Thomas, St Croix, St John and the BVI.
The seminar will consist of an eight-hour lecture/seminar on Saturday February 1 and then a day of practical training on Sunday February 2.
