After three days of racing in 12th annual Aruba Heineken Catamaran Regatta, Xander Pols and Mark Zwart (NED) are leading with their Tornado followed by Rob Klootwijk and Arie van de Plas (NED). In third place are John Moret and Nico Harrewijn (NED). Xander said: "A perfect but heavy race today. We were going very fast in the long reaches with wind up to 30 knots."

More than 40 boats, mostly from Holland and England but also from South America and the Caribbean have come together for the annual sailing event held off Palm Beach in Aruba.

Aruba’s year-round warm weather, along with it’s tranquil waters and gentle ( and not so gentle) trade winds, provide the ultimate setting for this annual catamaran competition.
