Carriacou-born Jerome McQuilkin, of the Carriacou Sailing Series committee and the Grenada Yacht Club are planning to make this fifth year (November 13-16) even better than ever with new sponsors on board and lots of challengers for both racing and cruising classes.

The Barbadian crew of Shane Atwell on Ninja will be there to defend their title in the racing class as well as the talented beauties on board Business Machine in the cruising class. Last year Peter Peake, whose chops were sweetened on board Donald Stollmeyer’s Seek and Destroy and is now addicted to the taste of this regatta, will be back as skipper of his own Henderson 30, Slippery When Wet, and up against Don on his Beneteau First Class 10 now titled Bacchanal Woman.

The skippers and crew onboard Legacy, Carnival, Petit Careme, Wayward and Nirvana, to name just a few, are already booked to be there for the Carriacou flavour.

Registration still stands at US$30. For further information please go online at www.ttsailing.org.
